I am a graduate of Reflexology Academy NW, a nationally accredited school, where I trained under award winning instructor, Linda Frank. I am also certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board which requires, among other requirements, an extensive exam of anatomy, physiology, pathologies, and reflexology. In the state of Idaho, where anyone can call themselves a reflexologist without a license, clients deserve to know that their practitioner is committed to the highest quality of education and care.
I am a lifelong musician and singer, and I’ve also been writing for around ten years. My life has always revolved around the arts. Through dealing with my own health issues, I was introduced to the world of reflexology and its amazing health benefits. I decided to study so I could work on myself, but quickly discovered that I love sharing this wonderful practice, and the study of health and healing has become a passion that fulfills my never-ending curiosity.
I am trauma-informed, and offer services to all individuals from any walk of life. At Nurturing Earth, there are no cookie-cutter sessions. I provide each client with service catered to their individual needs. I look forward to meeting you!

I’ve written a review before but feel compelled to write another one to update! A few months after my first review I had the pleasure of working with Rebeca during my labor and delivery of my second child. For some background, my first birth was a 34hour labor and a very painful delivery with severe tearing. As you can imagine I had nerves going into the birth of my second child. I had started seeing Rebeca early in my pregnancy and due to her amazing energy, intuitive and nurturing soul I felt very comfortable with her and found so much benefit in seeing her that I asked her if she’d be willing to do reflexology on me during my birth as I had done some research on how to make labor and delivery better and had found studies that reflexology was helpful for anxiety, creating relaxation during labor and shortening laboring time. Rebeca was so respectful and gracious with her acceptance of my offer to be in the room for my labor and made a point to make sure I knew she was honored to be a part of the sacred experience of childbirth and would be there for me in whatever capacity I needed. Fast forward to the day of my delivery, I started having contractions around 5am, I texted Rebeca to let her know and we made a plan to meet at the birth center around 12 after I talked to the midwife on call. Rebeca arrived at the perfect time, she entered the room with such peace and kindness I felt so relieved to see her, I was able to go into a side lying laboring position and she got to work on my feet. Her pressure on my feet was exactly what I needed. It was a perfect distraction to the contractions and was so soothing. My timing could be wrong because obviously I was preoccupied with some laboring pains but I believe it was only 30 minutes into her working on my feet that I felt a shift in my contractions and things really started moving along. She was so accommodating to my change in progression and made a quiet exit as I made my way to the tub. It was only an hour after seeing her that I delivered my beautiful healthy baby. I 100% give credit to Rebeca for speeding along my labor and allowing my body to be at full function in that moment to do exactly what it needed to. I didn’t have to push as much and every push felt super intuitive to my contractions compared to my first experience. Rebeca is truly gifted and so amazing. I am so grateful she was able to be their at such a special moment in my life and help make my delivery experience so much more comfortable and overall better and faster. I believe the relaxation reflexology provides also helped me not tear like I did with my first. If you’ve read this far, just know if you go to see Rebeca, you are in amazing hands! 🙌 I highly recommend her.

The relaxed state of healing my last visit was remarkable. I fell asleep for a few moments and the rest I got in those few moments was so grounding it almost felt like I'd slept through the night. I booked an appointment because for a couple weeks the arch of my right foot was so sensitive that if I stepped on a rock or a protruding lump of grass I would lose my footing because of the pain. I thought I would have to just live with it, but one appointment at Nurturing Earth Reflexology had my right foot's arch feeling normal and able again within the next day. Highly recommend as a worthwhile time for anyone looking to invest in Self-care.
