Arrival Time & Cancellations
Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrival may affect the length of your session. In order to provide outstanding service, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a missed appointment and the session will be cancelled.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
